Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on back-end development. This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a dynamic team and work on innovative projects.

Key Qualifications:
- Expertise in Functional Programming, preferably in Java
- Proficiency in developing efficient software using Java, Python, Spring Framework, Microservices, APIs
- Working knowledge of AWS services and Relational/NoSQL Databases
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software using Java, C#, Python, .Net, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs
- Enhance and maintain on-prem and internal PAAS applications, actively transitioning these to AWS in line with project timelines
- Design and implement serverless patterns from containerized applications
- Build industry-standard APIs and assist with establishing, consuming & routing calls, connectivity protocols, and policy
- Design, develop and implement architecture patterns optimized for SLAs, reliability, and cost
- Participate in Agile software development activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Drive performance improvements, monitor detailed metrics, identify problems and trends, and determine solutions to enhance efficiency
- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance with privacy rules and regulations
- Actively engage in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide on-call support as part of a rotation schedule

They will be adept at anticipating future consequences of immediate technical choices and will be aggressive in resolving and preventing technical debt. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively, share ideas, and gain perspective.
