BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst - V/Global Incentive Compensation Analyst.

Position Title: Business Analyst - V/Global Incentive Compensation Analyst - Plan Operations Team
Location: Remote
Anticipated Start Date: 1-2 weeks

Pay: $63-$66/hr

Job Description
The Global Incentive Compensation Analyst on the Plan Operations team is responsible for providing key operational support for Client Worldwide Sales Incentives program. This role involves processing and distributing incentive compensation plan documents to sales employees, ensuring accurate employee compensation data, and implementing process improvements to support the growing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan details.
* Navigate Salesforce and compensation systems to compile key compensation plan elements into a single document.
* Distribute incentive compensation plans to sales employees.
* Triage questions and issues raised by sales employees regarding their compensation plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process efficiencies.
* Translate business and operational needs into actionable requirements for systems teams.
* Provide guidance and expertise to business partners.

Experience/Skills Preferred:
* BA/BS degree.
* 4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Project/Program Management, or Sales Compensation/Sales Operations functions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
* Experience with process improvement initiatives.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills.
* Proven time management skills with experience meeting tight deadlines.
* Ability to accurately compile and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
* Experience in compensation administration within a large sales organization.
* Familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
* Bonus: Experience with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python.
