We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Unanet Implementation Senior Consultant to join our GovCon Advisory team.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm meaning most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Implement Unanet ERP solutions for clients in Government Contracting space.
- Lead discovery meetings with clients, gathering requirements, documenting business process flows and design.
- Perform system configuration, testing and training.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
- Work effectively as part of a team, filling voids, lending a hand to team, not afraid to speak up and provide guidance and direction when needed.
- Provide mentorship as needed.
- Be a problem solver, searching for solutions to client problems.
- Provide business process and product expertise to client and implementation team.
- Build product knowledge and expertise.
- Ability to manage client expectations and responsibilities related to implementation.
- Perform Ad Hoc consulting and accounting assistance, as needed.
YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems)
- Extensive implementation and/or product experience with Unanet ERP in a consulting role.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Unanet ERP; additional experience with other ERP systems such as QuickBooks, GCS Premier or Costpoint a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients.
- Team player who has worked in large and small teams.
- Self-starter, driven, resourceful and problem solver.
- Driven by customer satisfaction, success, and quality of work.
- Functional expertise in finance/accounting and Government Contracting. Procurement a plus.
- Must have experience or knowledge with documentation of project plans, requirements, configuration, process flows, test cases and other related documents.
- Unanet Certified Implementer preferred.
- Due to the nature of the clients served, US Citizenship required.
