The incumbent is responsible for providing group psychotherapy on inpatient units, residential and/or partial hospital programs, along with providing individual therapy which focuses on the application and acquisition of skills addressed in groups. Provided groups will fit within the following frameworks: 1) Educational, 2) social interaction, 3) community making. They will work with the specific unit's Inpatient Group Coordinator to facilitate group experiences and support the needs of the identified client population. Additionally, they are encouraged to participate in other hospital activities including, as time allows, committees, teaching, trainings, and research.
