Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading non-profit to hire a Handyperson.

Your new role

The job duties of the Handyperson will include the following:

- Oversight of maintenance activities for the site
- Maintain equipment, including low pressure boilers, HVAC and electrical
- Ensure facility is in top shape for guests and members
-*Shift- Sunday to Thursday 1pm to 9pm; (Off Fridays and Saturdays)

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Strong background in maintenance
- Good understanding of equipment, ability to conduct repairs, painting, light electrical and carpentry
- Ability to lift 50 pounds when needed

What you'll get in return

Base salary of $60K plus benefits package and low-cost parking
