We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Framework and Excellence. In this pivotal role, you and your team will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement frameworks and optimizing S2P Procurement processes and policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and year over year refresh of Sanofi's Procurement strategy in partnership with the PLT
  • Lead team of 3-5+ direct reports
  • Build Procurement's long-term strategic planning capability, providing best practices and governance and raise awareness across the organization about the importance and benefits of effective procurement frameworks
  • Responsible for defining procurement key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing a system for continuous performance monitoring and improvement (i.e. Procurement 360)
  • Leverage Procurement Services to track compliance to adjusted frameworks, ensuring that change management activities are executed effectively
  • Accountable for the development and execution of procurement category strategies and SRM in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives
  • Facilitate strategic alignment between Procurement domains & cross-functional internal stakeholders
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior procurement role, with a focus on global strategy development and implementation, as well as deep understanding of digital tools and processes
  • Significant experience in managing teams (10+ years), with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams remotely
  • Strong understanding of procurement regulations, industry trends, and best practices
  • Experience in data management best practices in Procurement
  • Experience in Product ownership and IT development concepts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions with unerring focus on generating business value
  • Fluent in English is a must
