Description: Judge Healthcare currently seeking a HEDIS LPN OR RN in the Tampa, Orlando and Miami, FL area for one of our biggest clients! Please see details below! Positions available in Miami, Tampa and Orlando!
Location: HYBRID - work from home but MUST be local to the above locations as you will be required to travel to provider offices/facilities within the counties.
Job Type: 5 month contract, 01/25-05/25
Responsibilities:
- Request records, schedule appointments at provider offices for retrieval, perform on-site retrieval of records, and review and abstract specific medical record data related to HEDIS measures
- Obtain records via scanning, copying, office EMR system, downloading on secure encrypted ironkey, or other electronic means
- Enter data into a HEDIS software system after complete and accurate review
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have active LPN OR RN license in the state of FL or Compact
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- HEDIS experience from a Health plan required
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is required
- Must be willing to travel
