Job Responsibilities/Description:

HRIS System Administration:

  • Lead the implementation of new HRIS systems or upgrades (e.g., ADP Workforce Now).
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide technical support.
  • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes, including onboarding and payroll.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows and integrate HRIS with other business systems.
  • Conduct data audits and generate reports to support HR decision-making.
Benefits Administration:
  • Design and manage competitive benefits packages aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and negotiate with benefit providers for favorable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Oversee benefit plan audits and assist with compensation programs as needed.
Enrollment and Administration:
  • Manage employee benefit enrollments, changes, and claims.
  • Support employees in understanding their benefits options and coordinate open enrollment.
HR Support:
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in onboarding new full-time employees.
  • Lead the Bailey Wellness Committee.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration and benefits management.
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus!
  • Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of federal and multi-state regulations regarding employee benefits.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present information effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and a commitment to continuous learning
Additional Info:
  • Salary range: $65-75K
  • Schedule: Regular 8am-5pm
  • Location: Saint Paul MN (Hybrid after 90 days)
