Role: HR Regulatory Operations Support
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Regulatory Operations team in executing, maintaining, and enhancing process and control requirements.
- Ensure timely and consistent execution of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Conduct periodic monitoring, testing, and audits of end-to-end processes.
- Collaborate across multiple functional areas to identify and resolve compliance issues efficiently.
- Manage and escalate risks within day-to-day operations to management.
- Employment eligibility
- Employee information requests
- Employee notices
- Unemployment claims
- Affirmative action
- NMLS administration
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with Workday
