RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resource Assistant in Chesterfield, MO for a duration of 4-8 weeks starting as soon as possible.Responsibilities:- Data entry of all related maternal into corporate ERP system
- Ensure accurate documentation of HR related information into company ERP system
- Miscellaneous administrative duties including filing
- Human Resource Assistant will be the primary contact for the HR staff regarding all payroll related activities
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and must be able to handle difficult people at all levels inside and outside of the company
- Assists the Accounts Payable department as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR preferred
- High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
