Who You'll Work With
As an IAM Architect, you will work with a talented team that focuses on designing and implementing cutting-edge identity and access management (IAM) solutions for both cloud and on-premises environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive enterprise security, enabling secure digital transformation and a Zero Trust approach to identity and access management. Your work will influence the security posture of clients across industries, ensuring compliance and protecting against identity-related risks. We are looking to add a Senior Consultant-Principal to our team-join us!
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of IAM architectures, including client and workforce identity solutions, integrating Zero Trust principles to secure users, devices, and applications.
- Assess risks and design security patterns for IAM processes such as provisioning, authentication, master data management, segregation of duties, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and federation.
- Drive the adoption of Authentication and Authorization reference architectures for both new and emerging IAM technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute IAM/CIAM strategies that support business goals while maintaining compliance with security policies and regulatory standards (FedRAMP, SOC2, SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
- Architect and Design intricate Lifecycle Management, Access Certification, and other Identity Governance protocols
- Develop effective IAM solutions that align with the Zero Trust framework, ensuring secure access control across both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols such as OAuth and OpenID Connect.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in evaluating and selecting IAM/CIAM solutions, including one or more of the following: Okta, Auth0, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, HashiCorp, Azure AD, and AWS IAM.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to ensure that IAM initiatives support the organization's overall security strategy, driving secure digital transformation.
What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in IAM security activities, with a strong background in IT and cloud architecture.
- Expertise in IAM concepts and architectures (IAG, SSO, PKI), with experience in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Proficiency with Zero Trust architecture and solutions, with a focus on securing identity and access control within a distributed network.
- In-depth experience strategizing, architecting, and implementing IAM/CIAM technologies, with one or more of the following toolsets: Okta, Auth0, SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, HashiCorp, Microsoft FIM, Azure AD, and AWS IAM.
- Strong risk analysis skills and experience with IAM security patterns, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), federation, and workflow management.
- The ability to conduct assessments and remediations on regulatory frameworks and compliance standards such as FedRAMP, SOC2, SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, demonstration, and communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive adoption of secure IAM solutions.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $140,000 to $171,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
