RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a talented Information Security Advisor (sensitive data) in San Antonio, TX.Responsibilities:- The InfoSec Advisor evaluates, designs, monitors, administers and/or implements Information Security systems in high sensitive areas, policies and processes focusing on mitigating, reporting and analysis of Information Security risk
- Resolves issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product
- Works under minimal supervision on semi complex to complex work assignments and recommends appropriate solutions and problem resolution
- Responsible for the implementation and interpretation of Information Security policies, guidelines and standards including the Information Security awareness program
- Supports cross functional teams through the problem resolution process, ensures necessary technology security controls exist and troubleshoots noncomplex Information Security issues
- As an InfoSec Advisor, this role performs physical site assessments of business partners, provides peer review of work product and deliverables and executes release of information analysis to third party business partners
- Executes the Information Security risk and control identification, evaluation, documentation, analysis and reporting processes including analytic tools
- Supports the process owner execution identification, development and testing Information Security controls for risk mitigation effectiveness
- Responds to both verbal and written Federal and State regulatory and business partner periodic exams for Information Security risk requirements
- The InfoSec Advisor maintains strategic and operational risk reporting and analytics as well as address responses to audit questions, and findings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- CISSP certification/experienced professional
- 2+ years of experience in applied role
- Stand out from the rest with Zero Trust Architecture and Data Security Posture Management experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
