We are a technology company and are hiring for an Inside Sales Rep to join our growing team! MUST have a year or more of sales experience to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls from new or existing clients
- Prepare proposals that are competitive and at market pricing
- Calling leads, prospecting new clients, and marketing campaigns to build client base
- Partner with distribution partners to build the best solution for clients
- Use the CRM system to document client conversations, sales, and forecasting
- Create a business plan territory to grow the client base through business development and growth of existing clients.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent - Bachelors degree preferred!
- 2+ years of phone/outside sales experience (Technology sales is a HUGE plus)
- Experience with state contracts and RFPs is a plus
- Self-motivated and a passion for the education sector
- Proven success in consultative sales, building solutions, and managing a large client base
- Exceptional technical and non-technical communication skills

Pay range: $50k base + commission (OTE around $80,000)
