Integrated Master Scheduler

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and maintain program master schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
• Prepare Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for DoD Acquisition Programs, Federal Agency projects, or vehicle/system development efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals, document interdependencies, and allocate resources.
• Monitor progress, analyze the impact of concurrent activities, and provide regular schedule updates.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to review and update schedules.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: BA or BS Degree preferred.
• Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience building, managing, and maintaining program master schedules using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
  • At least 2+ years preparing Integrated Master Schedules for DoD Acquisition Programs or other Federal Agency projects.
• Desired Qualifications:
  
  • 2+ years of experience as a program analyst managing program cost, schedule, and performance.
  • PMP Certification.
