Volt is seeking a Business Analyst for a remote opportunity.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Meet with employees, stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements and translate to technical requirements
- Document all findings from each team for project tracking, updates and future presentations on status
- Work with IT team
- Assist with current templates and create new designs for process workflows for better efficiency and automation
- Create training content for end-users for the new applications being developed or updated
- Create test scripts for applications being delivered
- Will be liaison between technical and business; through build, testing acceptance and change management'
This is a
full-time role
Ideal candidate will have: - Minimum of 5 years Information Technology experience, focusing with processes and data that will be upgraded from older to new versions of applications
- Experience with a range of IT Applications which can include new implementation or upgrade projects
- Application design experience including UI design & mockups
- Experience with presentations to stakeholders
- Preferred skills include SQL, Restful API, System Integration Design, ITIL/ITSM principles and practices
- BI Reporting skills are preferred
- Be able to learn new skills and technology
Pay Rate: $50.00-$65.00/per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
