RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is assisting a client to identify their next Director of IT. The ideal candidate will live in the Denver or Grand Junction, CO area, or willing to relocate. This is a very mission driven position within healthcare for a growing company. We are looking for someone can grow with the company and understand technology needs along the way.Overview:You will be responsible for creating and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and standards, managing the organization's computer network, and developing strategies to improve the company's technology performance. In addition, you will advise senior management on technology investments and make sure that their team is up-to-speed on emerging technologies. An IT Director is a strong communicator who collaborates with other department heads to meet business objectives.REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with cybersecurity, integrations, networking, and cloud services will be critical
- Healthcare background
- API
- Leadership
- Possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills and is comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
