About the Role

As an IT Specialist 1 of the SaaS Product, you will maintain Uber Freight relationships with existing SaaS customers as well as assist the on-boarding team with a successful go-live for new SaaS customers using your knowledge and expertise of the Uber Freight TMS. You will be part of a team who cover a wide range of accounts dealing with varying requests/situations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical acumen, superb business judgment, and a propensity to dive deep and solve complex problems. They will have a bias for action, be a self-starter used to working with a high degree of autonomy and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong attention to detail.

What the candidate will do

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with Uber Freight SaaS Customers through professional and timely communications and inquiry responses
• Use of internal ticketing systems (TechConnect/Jira); provide specific and detailed comments to ensure Help Desk receives clear actionable requests
• Train customer users on the TMS, leveraging knowledge of customer business practices and workflow
• Onboarding new customers
• Execute user acceptance testing

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic use of Microsoft suit of applications including Outlook, OneNote and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in freight industry with shippers and carriers
• Needs to be familiar with the freight industry, ideally worked at a company selling SaaS products.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; proven ability to get results across multiple groups and disciplines.
