We are searching for qualified candidates to work under the supervision of the field foreman on construction cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) projects throughout the Company's business territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist field crews with the setup and installation of CIPP.
  • Assist field crews with the installation, maintenance, removal, cleaning, and shipping of monitoring equipment, sanitary sewer evaluation survey (SSES) field work and TV/clean field work.
  • Assist with cutting service connections.
  • Assist in data collection by operating equipment, such as a portable velocity meter and recording pertinent information on forms or logs.
  • Share the responsibility of maintaining the Miller Pipeline vehicle and its contents by cleaning, initiating routine and preventive maintenance, and logging vehicle information. This also includes the shared duty of securing the vehicle and its contents from theft and vandalism.
  • Operate vehicles used for hauling purposes. Operate small equipment such as air compressors and jackhammers.
  • Properly lift tools, objects and equipment of varying weight, including using a shovel for waste material, soil and cold patch asphalt mix. Occasionally score and break asphalt or concrete with a jackhammer. Backfill trenches, if needed.
  • Effectively interact with the public, customers, co-workers and supervisors.
  • Travel throughout the region for work assignments.
  • Work outdoors in adverse weather conditions such as rain, wind and hot/cold temperature extremes.
  • Work with materials of varying chemical compositions.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current driver's license with good driving record
  • Current DOT physical or ability to obtain one
  • Professional or personal use of hand tools
  • Interact effectively and professionally with the public, customers, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Travel throughout the state of Florida
  • Must be able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class B)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sanitation and sewer experience.
  • 1+ month related experience and/or training. Education in lieu of experience will be considered
