Lead Developer
Status: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Morrisville, US (Hybrid)

What we need from a Lead Developer?

The Lead Developer is responsible for collaborating with team members to develop and implement mission-critical software systems and solutions in the clinical and healthcare industries.

What to expect?

• Design and development of software systems relating to the Clinical industries
• Work with management and domain experts to understand and document product offerings
• Work with team members to implement software solutions
• Offer guidance and expertise to other solution arms of Instem
• Design and document subsystems, routines, API's and other software related artifacts
• Potentially mentor and guide junior developers
• Must be able to work independently and deliver outstanding quality work-product
• Travel to client sites where required
• Adherence to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently.

Skills You'll Need:

• Solid understanding of modern SaaS ecosystems and architectures
• Understanding of N-Tiered software applications
• Mastery of Java and a willingness to explore other technologies for development purposes
• Experience with Spring, Spring Data, Hibernate, and REST API libraries
• Strong understating of Object-Oriented programming
• Well informed on design patterns surrounding modern web application design
• Exposure to SAS, SQL, ORM's and storage ecosystems.
