Job Details:
I. List essential function(s) of the job.
A. A. Perform different jobs in the production department as a relief for vacations, absenteeism, etc. Jobs performed will include, but are not limited to, Breader/Batter Operator, Fryer Operator, Marination Attendant, Formax, Operator, Blender Operator, Bagger Operator, Breader/Batter Operator, Grinder Operator, Ingredients Mixer, Palletizer Operator , Stacker( with lifting continuously up to 75 lbs), Condemn Hauler, Trash collector, Sanitarian labor, Spreader/Grader labor or Utility. ( See appropriate Job Descriptions)
INTENSE heavy lifting of 70lb bags required continuously in 8 hr shift. Position will be trained in operator roles to fill in for absenteeism. 3rd shift 10pm-6am
B. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination
C. Must be able to work in cold temperatures (50 degrees or less)
D. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
E. This postion is alloted one 30 minute paid break - working 8 hour shifts
II. List muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job.
A. Use hands, arms, legs, back and shoulders to push V-mags (appx. 350 lbs)
B. Must be able to bend to push v-mag.
C. Must use eyes to see.
D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (approx 3 1/2 hours)
E. Must use hands, arms and fingers to grasp product and equipment, record
information on paperwork and adjust settings on machines.
F. Must use back, legs and arms to lift breader bags/tubs of meat (appx 100 lbs), and break down empty totes of raw product
