Description:
Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst - Legal Document Review

Location: West Des Moines, IA

Project Overview: Join our Quality Assurance team to review legal documents for customers involved in civil legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review physical legal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency with corresponding paperwork, and compliance with state requirements.
• Test information before sending it to third-party legal partners.
• Verify notarizations on documents.
• Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of collection law (ideal).
• Experience with litigation, specifically civil procedures.
• Experience as a Quality Assurance analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of credit card processes.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of relevant professional experience.
• Paralegal certification (nice to have).

Additional Details:

• Experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience reviewing legal documents throughout the litigation process, consumer collections, and servicing, and/or card services.
• Conduct second-level reviews of legal suits, including affidavit document review, complaints, and judgments.
• Review daily accounts/documents to ensure compliance with process requirements.
• Experience working with law firms and attorneys in the litigation process.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and communicate feedback professionally at all levels.
• Ability to manage a large workload volume.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Adaptability to frequent changes and ability to act as a catalyst for change when necessary.
