Posting Summary:

Provide clinical nursing services to patients of Center for Health & Wellbeing (CHWB) Student Health Services (SHS) and nursing support to the medical providers at SHS. Work collaboratively with patients, providers, and SHS staff to provide continuity of care. Participate in administrative nursing functions as assigned. Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of SHS, CHWB, the Division of Student Affairs, and the University of Vermont, which include promoting an inclusive environment for students and staff of different backgrounds, as well as a healthy work environment.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):

Associate's degree in Nursing, LPN licensure and three to four years' related experience required. Specialized Vermont Board of Medical Practice approved certification and/or licensure required. Clinical proficiency in ambulatory clinical nursing. Effective written and verbal communication skills required. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusiveness.

Special Conditions:

A probationary period may be required, Bargaining unit position, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, Background Check required for this position
