Salary: $95,000.00 USD Annually - $115,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (5pm-3am) for a manufacturing facility located near Lansdowne, MD.

Requirements:

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize equipment life.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet production demands.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Oversee the safe execution of all maintenance activities, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track costs associated with repairs and replacements.
• Work collaboratively with production and quality control teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues impacting operations.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to food manufacturing maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a within a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar production environment.
• 2+ years experience as a supervisor
• Proven experience in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in the use of a CMMS and other maintenance software programs.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
