Summary:

The Management Associate Program will provide the following experiences:

  • Overall Introduction to Land Management and Environmental Resources Management
    • Assist with land permit renewals
    • Sort and log cores
    • Map green shale marker bed
    • AutoCAD drafting
    • Carlson modeling
    • Assist scoping and budgeting 2021 projects
    • Digitize drilling information
    • Compile water level and water quality information
    • Project Management
  • Task Train and hands on experience operating heavy mining equipment such as:
    • Haul Trucks
    • Loaders
    • Drills
    • Scalers
    • Skidsteers
    • Water Trucks
  • Quality Control process
    • Gradation sampling
    • Customer site visit
    • Gradation data and report analysis
  • Safety program
    • Participle in multiple location plant wide safety audits
    • Exposure to a World Class safety program
    • Understanding of MSHA
The ideal candidate will be graduating with a Geology or Environmental Sciences/Engineering degree.
