The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connect sellers across the world to buyers shopping in our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350M+ items.
Excellence in end-end shipping and delivery experience is the cornerstone of our promise to our sellers and buyers. As a Manager of Insights and Analytics, you will be responsible for developing mechanisms and analytics to drive insights, applying business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise, to drive excellence in our Delivery Experience across our Seller Fulfilled network.
This individual will be data owner and that sits at the intersection of Business, Product, Tech, UX Design and Research Science, will build and scale the adoption of customer/seller facing 0 to 1 products and businesses, and enjoy a fast-paced role with high visibility and impact as well as regular interactions with Walmart's top executives. This role will involve building and managing highly reliable and scalable products and services which will optimize delivery speed, and cost for our Worldwide Marketplace customers.
You'll make an impact by:
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders across product/business teams to build consistent, accurate data-driven roadmaps and strategy where-in we can measure outcomes with data.
- Proactively analyzing business performance, reporting insights in a uniform consumable format on a regular cadence and communicating actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to developing and execute end-to-end data strategies focused on driving product adoption and seller services tool development
- Measure, track and analyze results, report progress, and optimize programs continuously.
- Developing standard analytical framework to measure and understand the impact of the changes (product, marketing campaigns, pilots etc.) which will include designing and analyzing traditional experiments, using quasi-experimentation techniques.
- Drive informed decision-making and ensures resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business
- Use design-thinking principles to develop dashboards which drive actionable insights; train stakeholders to drive adoption for your reporting.
- Support Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business review with a focus on actionable insights that influence short, mid-term and long-term strategy.
- Ability to differentiate between leading vs. Lagging signals to help us get ahead of the problem and develop proactive strategies/plans.
- Bridge gap between data, product and business by connecting data to buyer/seller experience and business impact to clearly communicate the story behind the numbers.
- Developing solutions within business areas that reduce cost and meet business goals; prioritizing assignments; ensuring accuracy of business data; recommending program changes to stakeholders based on data; and persuading cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement changes.
- Design data models and build pipelines/structure which follow data governance standards and facilitate seamless, timely and fast reporting reducing time to insights.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related in an eCommerce, Marketplace or Supply Chain environment.
- Strong SQL (writing complex queries), Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Looker or other data analytics and visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications :
- Masters: Business Administration; Economics; Statistics, Supply Chain or related area and 7+ years' experience developing analytics and insights in an eCommerce, Marketplace or Supply Chain environment.

Seattle, Washington US-11573:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-08479/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
