Our client is seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, with a particular focus on packaging and brand experience.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for translating brand, business, and packaging strategies into creative briefs to create industry-leading consumer experiences. You will collaborate with a diverse team, including Brand Management, Creative, Production Design, Merchandising, Project Management, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage the end-to-end connectivity of strategy and operations across packaging briefs
- Optimize the brand experience via packaging
- Oversee day-to-day management, including setting project context, facilitating working meetings, managing financials, and fostering project execution
- Drive cross-functional team coordination, goal alignment, and budget allocation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and communicate clearly and effectively for a wide audience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
