Contract Position

$17.00-$22.00/Hour

Join a facility renowned for its missile systems and fire control projects, delivering some of the most advanced weapons systems in the world. Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and convey materials within the facility, ensuring proper handling and placement for shipping and receiving operations.
• Open containers, count and weigh materials, and record relevant information.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, electric dollies, hand trucks, and power hoists to transport materials.
• Crate and pack materials following operational procedures and packing op sheets.
• Assist machine operators by lifting heavy objects manually or with equipment.
• Support shipping operations by loading/unloading trucks and organizing materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and conveyors.
• Must be available for overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (no advanced degree required).
• 2+ years of shipping experience, including familiarity with crating and packing procedures.
• Proficient in using hand tools such as hammers, drills, and saws.
• Experience in a shipping department or related role preferred.
