Work Shift

Monday thru Friday

7:30 am - 4 pm, some over time required.

Crucial Duties and Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Operate order pickers, forklifts, turret trucks, and other equipment for product movement
• $16.25/hr
• Perform receipt and putaway functions via an RF unit
• Pick work orders or sales orders via RF unit and deliver them to correct staging areas
• Pack parcels and pallets as required and prepare them for shipment
• Perform kitting, assembly, weighing, or production machine operations as required
• Ensure a detailed and safe work environment every day
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

Specific Scope Data

• Must be willing to work overtime, including early mornings, late nights, or weekends as needed to support critical customers. Prior notice will be given when possible
• Help achieve all Key Business Goals, including Safety, Quality, Customer Delivery, Customer Allegiance Score, and PPI & Productivity Savings

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• High School education or equivalent experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities vital to perform functions

• Frequently lift 50 lbs and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs with assistance
• Ability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions frequently
• Exceptional attention to detail and proven track record to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
