Medical Receptionist

Location: Jupiter, FL

Our client, a family practice in Jupiter, is seeking a dedicated and friendly Medical Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients
• Schedule appointments
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality
• Assist with billing and insurance inquiries

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office preferred
• Proficiency in eClinical EMR is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills

Shift:

• Typically 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM (flexible to candidate needs)
• Requires occasional rotation of evening shifts until 7 PM (10 AM - 7 PM once a month, Monday-Wednesday rotated with coworkers. From Tuesday-Friday, they work their normal shift)
