Primary Purpose
Moulder Operator is responsible for the set-up of the equipment. The Operator is responsible for ensuring that the best possible pieces are produce while running.
Essential Functions
* Knowledge of all wood species at AWC
* Knowledge of all measuring devices used
* Basic math skills
* Basic computer skills
* Knowledge of Moulder set-up
* Knowledge of wood flow though the department
* Physical capabilities such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, moving side to side, pull/push up to 100 lbs., using tools (pull hooks, push carts, etc.) with both hands, squatting, etc.
* Assist other team members as needed.
* Ensure personal appearance meets plant standards at all times.
* Recognize and adhere to all safety policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
* Perform other tasks as directed by management and at all times uphold the CITE Principals of American Woodmark Corp.
