Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to ensure Distributed Antenna system are on-air when our customers need them the most . The candidate should already have a track record for being the primary point of contact for high level interaction while leveraging a cross-functional team of subject matter experts to design, engineer, build and deliver communications infrastructure. The ideal candidate will show high energy, be focused, result-orientated and be a highly self-driven individual who demonstrates value to the company. Accountable for project optimization and working with the cross functional design and deployment teams to manage and complete projects in the most efficient way. Duties and Responsibilities • Coordinate and Manage all DAS real estate task including A&E Drawings, leasing and environmental tasks to ensure they are completed 180+ days prior to In-service forecast. • Create project tracking profile in FUZE SPM to manage project milestones across internal and external team resources. • Monitor the progress the project schedule and milestones to ensure work is completed on time • Coordinate and Manage Cloud based Server Integration process from end to end to ensure that this process is complete 60 to 90 days prior to in-service forecast. • Coordinate and Manage fiber delivery to ensure backhaul and In-service forecast dates match up. • Coordinate and Manage RF to ensure that all IBwave designs are approved in a timely manner and Radio frequency designs/CQ are completed 30 days prior to real estate releasing the site to construction. • Once a project is complete make sure that all relevant close out documentation has been gathered for submittal. Confirm that all notes and required documentation is up to date.

MUST HAVE SKILLS: * 2 Year's or more - DAS Project Management Skills. *2 Year's or more-DAS Integration Experience *2 Year's or more-Cellular Real Estate Experience.

DESIRED SKILLS: Gantt Chart, Carrier Project management, In-Building RF design,

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree preferred or, IBwave Certified any level, Or a DAS certification from one of these vendors: Commscope, JMA, Corning. Solid. ADRF. or 7+ year in Telecommunications or DAS
