Role reports to: Director Hair Care Supply Chain
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel : 10%
Pay: 92,000- 149,500

What you will do
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to successfully launch both new products and modification to current product portfolio (Lifecycle Management) starting from project definition through to introduction into the market. The Project Manager is responsible for achieving the targets set during project definition and is accountable for managing risks, timelines, ensuring processes are followed and managing project communication and escalation. Additionally, this role is responsible for providing visibility to the total project portfolio including reporting and resource management.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate overall project execution and accountable for achieving project goals on time. This includes:
• Project definition
• Project planning
• Assuring operational readiness
• Coordinate cross functional teams through each phase of the project
• Coordinating all activities to ensure project remains on track
• Monitoring and managing risks and opportunities
• Liaising, agreeing, involving and communicating all aspects of the project with senior management
• Process & Governance: Drive approval and status updates of NPD and Lifecycle Management projects in the governance forums.
• Lead, Identify, communicate, and resolve key issues with key managers.
• Provide ongoing status communications to all levels of the organization.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelors in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business & Marketing, or appropriate related field
• 6 years' experience in related field with at least 2 years' experience managing cross-functional expertise (R&D, Franchise Marketing, Packaging development, Procurement). Product knowledge is a must have.
• Must have at least 2 years of Project Management experience
Skills/Abilities:
• Experience with leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of team dynamics
• Broad business acumen with knowledge of project related finance
• Knowledge of planning and organization
• Experience with new product development processes and terminology
Desired Qualifications
• Project Management Professional (PPM) a plus
• Masters Degree in technical or management field a plus
• Highly effective knowledge of organizational & business acumen. The program will a high level of visibility with upper management / boards, and therefore requires good skills in rhetoric, presentation and cross functional stakeholder management

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000 to $ 149,500 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
