NextGen Specialist - EPM (Enterprise Practice Management)

Summary: Seeking a highly skilled NextGen Specialist to conduct training programs as part of the organization's modernization effort. This role ensures standardized processes across clinics, driving operational efficiency and optimal support.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Education: Lead virtual training programs for clinical, administrative, and operations staff on the EPM platform.

Standardization Initiative: Align clinics with enterprise-wide workflows to improve patient experience.

Change Management: Guide teams through EPM modernization, providing post-training support.

Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and clinical leadership to align training with modernization goals.

Performance Evaluation: Track training outcomes and refine approaches based on feedback and metrics.

Risk Management: Identify and escalate potential challenges during transitions.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years with EPM systems in healthcare, expertise in training programs, and strong background in clinical operations and workflow standardization.

Skills: Excellent communication, change management, organizational, and project management skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles.

Education: Relevant certifications in EPM systems or healthcare IT are a plus.
