Our client is a Tampa-based organization that provides a range of services including accounting, financial, human resources, marketing, and operations solutions to its clients. It operates in various business lines, such as investment management, real estate development, architecture and interior design, and family office services. They are looking for a Receptionist/ Office Assistant to join their team in their Tampa, FL office.
Your new role
As a Receptionist/ Office Assistant, you'll handle phone calls, greet visitors, and assist with scheduling, contact management, expense reports, travel arrangements, and document management. You'll also maintain conference rooms, stock office areas, manage inventories, coordinate office maintenance, handle mail logistics, prepare meeting materials, plan office activities, and support the team with various administrative tasks.
This role is full-time, and the hours are: 10am-7pm.
