Our Client in Southfield is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations at their healthcare practice. This role involves managing administrative functions, supervising the front office team, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. Preferred candidates will have experience in chiropractic, pain medicine, or physical therapy settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise front office operations, including the front desk team.
Oversee billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding of new front office staff.
Serve as the first point of contact for new patients, providing support and guidance through the onboarding process.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Coordinate schedules, get new patients, maintain office supplies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Address and resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting (chiropractic, pain medicine, or physical therapy experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of billing practices and insurance verification.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Proficiency in medical office software and scheduling tools.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
