The Health Actuarial Practice of Oliver Wyman works with health organizations to manage their financial risks and support health care delivery by using advanced actuarial and modeling techniques and has over 70 employees across 6 offices in North America. Our Health Practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Actuarial Consulting Health Practice Leader to join our established, yet growing, ambitious team of consulting healthcare actuaries, and will report to the Global Life and Health Leader. As Partner and Practice Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring the team, driving organizational success, and collaborating with our clients, industry partners, and other corporate leaders. You will be responsible for providing the Practice's strategic direction, business development and client relationships, and continued delivery of high-quality actuarial solutions. This senior-level position requires strong leadership experience, business development skills and relationships with senior industry executives, deep understanding of the health insurance landscape and the demonstrated ability to navigating complex projects and teams through challenging business environments.
