Compli, LLC was founded in 2001 to provide Commissioning, Validation and Regulatory Support Services to the Life Sciences industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the needs of the product and the user to determine packaging requirements.
  • Designing packaging materials that meet those needs, taking into account factors such as product safety, cost efficiency, and environmental impact.
  • Testing packaging to ensure it can withstand various conditions, such as temperature changes, transportation, and storage.
  • Working closely with product development teams to understand the product specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to source the materials needed for packaging designs.
  • Staying current with the latest packaging trends and technologies and incorporating them into designs when appropriate.
  • Developing prototypes and conducting tests to assess the functionality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and quality control.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in packaging solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with drug regulatory bodies and environmental compliance regulations
  • Work independently or as part of a team in supporting all phases of our client•s packaging improvement projects.
  • Support packaging equipment installation, start-up, debugging, commissioning, qualification, troubleshooting and maintenance efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a minimum of three (3) years performing packaging engineering related activities in the aseptic fill/finish pharmaceutical (GMP) manufacturing industries.
  • Holds a bachelor•s degree in engineering, business, or related field from an accredited curriculum.
  • Holds at least one industry certification or certificate such as: CPP, CP, PEC
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills • written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proven strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be thorough and detail oriented.
  • Is a good team-player with strong facilitation skills.
  • Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Has a good work ethic and treats documents with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in all MS Office software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Travel:
  • Must be willing to travel to support on-site project work within the U.S. Travel and Living expensed are reimbursed.
