Job Description

CyberArk is looking for a passionate Paid Media Manager to join our global marketing team, reporting to the Director, Paid Media. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both digital and traditional media and their associated metrics. This role will work closely with global teams to plan, execute, and measure marketing media programs and assess their impact on the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions, product areas, and market segments to develop a data-driven global paid media strategy.
  • Manage data-led media strategies for CyberArk's portfolio of campaigns.
  • Stay informed about business issues, market trends, and competition, transforming challenges into actionable media campaign solutions.
  • Develop cross-channel media strategies and coordinate media planning inputs across stakeholder teams.
  • Partner with marketing operations and solutions marketing to measure campaign performance and pipeline contributions.
  • Remain involved in the full campaign lifecycle, from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Help manage cross-channel budget allocations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Work with internal teams to understand business goals and marketing objectives, contributing to agency media planning outputs.
  • Support agency management by regularly auditing CyberArk's media program performance and identifying areas for optimization and scalability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing and planning media campaigns, including hands-on strategy development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring teams, either directly or indirectly.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, consumer behavior, and the ability to connect strategic media planning with campaign activation across digital and traditional channels.
  • Data-driven mindset, constantly seeking to refine strategy and improve performance based on insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing is a plus.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $98,000- $160,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
