Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Extrusion Process
• Ability to move and lift, up to 50 pounds
• Have or ability to obtain lift truck certification
• Good reading and comprehension skills
• Ability to work overtime and swap shifts as necessary
• Ability to think clearly, take initiative and work independently
• Industrial and Mechanical ability
• Computer Familiarity
• Excellent Communication skills

Job Tasks

• Operate and maintain the Pelletizer for optimum performance
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance
• Monitor chip handling system
• Troubleshoot any problems with loading
• Change screens
• Operate and maintain the cutter
• Maintain supply of screens
• Clean bucket elevator
• Control and operation of the extruder within compliance with SOC's
• Troubleshoot line performance issues
• Monitor quality of pellets
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area always
• Perform other duties as requested by management
