Our client, an international organization, has an immediate need for a temporary Pension Benefit Analyst to support their organization for 5-6 months!

About the Job:

• Compile and analyze relevant data for pension applications.
• Code database information related to various plan participants.
• Respond to all inquiries regarding plans from participants and affiliates.
• Collect required information to process payments.
• Complete other requests and duties as assigned.

About You:

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of benefits or HR experience are required.
• Proficient in ADP software.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant human resource and leave laws/regulations.
• Detailed self-starter with ability to multitask.

About the Position:

• $31/hr-$34/hr, while temporary.
• $70k-$75k, when permanent.
• 100% in Washington, DC.
• Metro accessible!
