Overview
Are you a dynamic and creative individual who loves creating unforgettable experiences for guests? We are seeking a passionate Pier Experience Coordinator to join our team! As an Pier Experience Coordinator, you will bring your energy and enthusiasm to organize and facilitate a variety of engaging activities and events for our guests, ensuring their stay is filled with excitement and fun!
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Ensure all guests entering the Pier pay the daily rate
- Monitor activity of the Pier
- Sell bait, rent fishing rods, repair equipment, etc
- Activate daily happenings on the pier for local and guest enjoyment, ROI opportunity
- Liason with city, locals and guests. Enforcing guidelines & reporting incidents
- Work with and support Sandbar Venue including use of computer systems/POS
QualificationsWhat we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or training in recreation or hospitality is a plus)
- Previous experience in organizing and leading activities or events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and outgoing personality, with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
