Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Inspect and maintain equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, and generators
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance team members

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
