RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Assortment Specialist in Beaverton, OR.Summary:The Global Shared Services: Product Assortment Specialist has the unique ability to see beyond trends to identify what's next. They have a pulse on fashion and culture and blend art with science to bring the company's vision to life. As our Product Assortment Specialist, you will support our Entertainment & Celebrity function as you drive the right product mix across sport, innovation, culture, and entertainment.Essential Functions:- Work closely with our Shared Services Manager to buy into seasonal priorities and energy newness
- Curate product assortments that highlight the brand's current initiative for key cultural moments
- Develop product insight sheets for the Global Entertainment & Celebrity team to assist with product storytelling
- Leads Product Tech Sessions in the weekly Global Entertainment & Celebrity staff
- Manage upkeep of the Talent Blackbook
- Processes daily product orders aligned with our seasonal priorities (9am call matt to share warehouse product ordering process)
- Track social screenshots for product we have seeded via Airtable
- Work back with the Global Shared Services Seeding Specialist to identify any pre-heat moments on behalf of Global Entertainment & Celebrity
- Partner with the Global Entertainment & Celebrity team on the portfolio
- Manages ELT requests
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-5 years of focused experience on customer service and consumer marketing
- Footwear, apparel, and/or equipment merchandising experience
- Experience in retail merchandising
- Knowledge of sport, sportswear markets, sneaker culture, fashion, design, and local LA culture a bonus
- Flexibility and problem solving in the moment a must
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Keynote for both PC and Mac (experience with SAP is a plus)
- Proven ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments with ease
- Strong knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace
- Must be detailed oriented, with proven project management experience
- Previous work experience that required confidentiality
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal to include high profile communication and the delivery of presentations and facilitation of meetings
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
