Description: Our client is currently seeking a Product Development Project Manager
Fulltime / Direct Hire | Hybrid Work
What you will do:
- Ensure the successful execution of multiple, simultaneous new product development projects
- Oversee and participate in discussions to clearly define the project scope which will include cost targets, product features, deadlines, etc.
- Lead multiple cross functional (engineering, supply chain, operations, product management, etc.) teams in methodologically addressing urgent issues & proactively defining task sequences and key milestones to ensure timely decision-making and task completion
Required Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager with experience leading complex projects within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree (in Engineering related field is preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of product development processes, tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
