Description:

Role Title: Product Manager

Work Location: Onsite in Eagan, MN
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Product Leadership:

• Align product strategy with business objectives.
New Product Development:

• Develop and execute the product roadmap.
• Conduct business case analysis and financial modeling.
• Define customer requirements through direct engagement.
Product Lifecycle Management:

• Manage product lifecycles from concept to end-of-life.
Profit and Loss Ownership:

• Drive margin and EBITDA growth.
• Evaluate cost reduction initiatives.
• Implement competitive pricing strategies.
• Conduct market research.
• Monitor and manage business performance.
• Plan and execute product launches.
• Gather customer feedback.
• Collaborate with sales for market penetration.
• Develop relationships with commercial teams and key customers.
• Work cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
• Support product marketing, sales tools, and training.
Experience & Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5+ years in product marketing and commercial launch in the medical device industry, including 2-3+ years in upstream marketing.

• Experience in PE/VC backed environments.
• Results-oriented, confident, and competitive.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication and active listening.
• Experience in VOC research methods.
• Strategic planning and market analysis skills.

• Willingness to travel.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Ophthalmic knowledge and experience.
