This role is responsible for driving and expanding service revenue by developing and executing integrated direct-to-recipient marketing strategies. The successful candidate will own a broad portion of revenue generation within their scope. Key responsibilities include defining the overall bone conduction upgrade strategy and collaborating with the team to implement the product marketing roadmap, covering product launches, retirements, and revenue-generating campaigns. The role requires planning and coordinating multi-channel marketing efforts, spanning digital platforms, traditional advertising, content creation, operations, events, social media, and both inside and outside sales teams. It involves strong cross-functional collaboration with teams such as marketing, recipient services, IT, clinical, legal, and field sales and operations. In addition, the candidate will lead the digital strategy for the .com platform and online store, ensuring the management and optimization of upgrade-specific web pages and forms. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Product Marketing, Recipient Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth understanding of revenue drivers. Identify trends, key segments and define behavioral patterns. Partner across the organization to support the development of unique and valuable solutions to meet revenue targets.
- Use insights, research and VOC to understand the recipient experience, key barriers to upgrade, and develop programs and solutions to address these needs and barriers.
- Make recommendations based on analysis of existing programs and customer data to identify opportunities for new programs and strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue. Present findings to extended marketing teams and across the organization.
- Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to create marketing plans, gain alignment and execute the roadmap. Monitor progress and escalate issues for timeline resolution.
- Ensure plan execution and ensure timely delivery of initiative, including metrics to effectively measure success. Develop content, manage creative assets and production processes for assigned deliverables.
- Drive the product lifecycle from product launch to retirement. Lead regional cross-functional product and/or project teams as necessary to facilitate product launches and program implementation; leadership role on these teams as required.
- Support annual budgeting process and monthly budget reforecasting. Assess opportunities for overspend and address any underspend. Ensure budget is aligned with strategic priorities.
- Lead digital strategy including online store, upgrade-specific .com pages and forms.
- Other duties as required that are integral to the Recipient Service's team mission.
Key Requirements To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ Years of Experience, including a minimum of 3 years in product marketing including full lifecycle management
- Demonstrated experience managing through influence without direct management authority
- Proven track record of success in the design and execution of revenue generating marketing programs.
- Demonstrated abilities in planning, aligning and communicating within sphere of influence

- Pay Range in the United States: $110,000 - $115,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 15% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
