Join our dedicated Coatings Removal team as a Production Handler, playing a vital role in meeting productivity, safety, and quality standards. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to excellence in manufacturing, this position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the coatings removal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize daily tasks for seamless workflow.
  
• Package products for shipment and ensure accurate inventory.
  
• Process parts through specialized coatings removal techniques and power washing (3000 psi).
  
• Rotate parts between the stripping process, wash bay, RP, dry-off ovens, and packing.
  
• Maintain detailed records such as wash logs, oven logs, and weight charts.
  
• Operate scales and other relevant equipment, ensuring compliance with benchmark processing times.
  
• Adhere to all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and government guidelines, ensuring the safe handling of chemicals.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow proper housekeeping practices.
  

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
  
• 1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience (certification preferred).
  
• Proficient in reading and interpreting safety regulations and operating procedures.
  
• Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics D365) and warehouse management software.
  
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with practical, real-world challenges.
  
• Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
  
• Understanding of tools, equipment, and regulatory compliance (ISO, OSHA, EPA knowledge preferred).
  
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude.
  
• Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods during the shift.
  

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  

Work Environment:
Frequent exposure to wet and humid conditions, fumes, toxic chemicals, extreme heat, and loud noise. This role requires adherence to strict safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment.
