We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our enterprise PMO to manage one of our high priority programs. A key part of this role will be partnering with several executive business stakeholders to build relationships, plans, manage risk and execute said plans. This role will also require weekly reporting including status updates, risks, milestones and accomplishments. This person must be comfortable taking initiative with stakeholders to provide clear and transparent communication on risks, issues, performance, providing good and bad news. If you have a strong background in retails operations and technology, this is the role for you!

• 7+ years' of project management experience
• Must have experience managing large cross-functional projects at an enterprise level
• Must have experience in operations such as retail, ecommerce, manufacturing, international business
• Experience with executive level communication, reporting and setting expectations
• Must be able to cultivate strong relationships with the business stakeholders
• Familiar with change management best practices
• Proficient with MS Office suite, Smartsheet, MS Teams, SharePoint, and PowerBI for reporting
• PMP or CSM certification (or a comparable certification)
