Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are proficient in managing resources, scope, and deliverables of projects with varying levels of complexity.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, technical field, education, or science/math
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- 2-3 years of HR system implementation experience, preferably with SAP/SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project and Visio
- Demonstrated analytical and process engineering ability
- Effective communication and influence across all levels of the organization
Responsibilities:
- Manage the resources, scope, and deliverables of assigned projects
- Plan and monitor project tasks, identify risks and issues, and drive resolution
- Build project plan schedules using project management tools, track resources, deliverables, milestones, and identify critical paths
- Manage interdependencies with other HR and IT workstreams, resources, deliverables, and initiatives
- Identify and manage scope creep while providing clear status presentations to all levels of management
- Facilitate and document workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings
Additional Responsibilities:
- Identify deliverables that are in and out of scope
- Facilitate project team sessions and manage scope change
- Facilitate change management related to the project
- Identify roadblocks and secure leadership influence to remove them
- Ensure resources are effectively utilized and manage projects using best practices
- Identify and manage risk
- Track and report project status to ensure project goals are met
