SUMMARY:The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing projects which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration, and for supporting project operations analysis and reporting. This role ensures project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters and that there is adherence to quality standards. The role prepares or facilitates the preparation of project deliverables and communicates with company executives and cross-functional stakeholders regarding the status of specific projects as appropriate.

- Lead large, global, and often, virtual groups of multi-disciplinary teams of highly-talented professionals;
- Develop and refine project plans that specify goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources;
- Coordinate the execution of the contained tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals;
- Lead in the management of changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized project changes;
- Record detailed stakeholder requirements, constraints, and assumptions in order to establish the project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups) and the project charter;
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders;
- Provide a high overview to the evolution of project processes and workflow in support of the dynamic needs of the Company's business;
- Evolve processes, tools, and metrics to enable effective and efficient delivery of company projects.
- Maintain relationships with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the project;
- Motivate the team using appropriate tools and techniques in order to increase commitment to the program objectives;
- Prepare and present statements of work and proposals for vendors and potential customers in conjunction with technology management and Corporate Development;
- Optimize processes, tools, metrics, and human capital to enable effective and efficient delivery of company projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field AND
- Six (6) years of overall Project Management experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to clear a required background check
Certificates and Licenses: None required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Project Management Institute (PMI) certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections.
Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.We anticipate the salary range to be $69,462.75 - $111,140.40. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
